1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the tk179 website accessible at tk179.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "tk179") and govern all services offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional activities. tk179 is operated for the benefit of Bangladeshi players and is designed specifically around the requirements of the Bangladesh online gaming market.

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the tk179 platform, you (the "User" or "Player") agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety. tk179 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any other version or translation, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the tk179 website, mobile site, and any associated services accessible via tk179.net.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player profile held by a User on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by tk179 to a Player.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on tk179, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or agent of tk179 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by tk179 for breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the tk179 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. tk179 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them without prior notice.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tk179 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual activity. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladeshi driving licence
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account. tk179 will not process withdrawals to any payment method not verified as belonging to the account holder.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk179 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk179 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact tk179 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk179 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk179 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; credited within minutes
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; credited within minutes
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳200
• Upay (UCB) — minimum deposit ৳200
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — minimum deposit ৳1,000; credited within 1–3 business hours

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. tk179 enforces a strict same-name policy: the name on your payment account (bKash, Nagad, bank account, etc.) must exactly match the name on your verified tk179 player account. Withdrawal requests submitted to mismatched accounts will be declined.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard processing time: under 5 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during operational hours
• Bank transfers: 1–24 business hours depending on the receiving bank
• A fully verified account (KYC complete) is required before the first withdrawal can be processed
• tk179 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

The tk179 platform must not be used as a financial transfer service. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to place wagers is strictly prohibited. tk179 reserves the right to investigate and withhold funds where deposit-and-withdrawal behaviour suggests the platform is being used for financial transfer purposes rather than genuine gaming activity.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

tk179 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are denominated in BDT and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance. Real-money funds must be wagered first before bonus funds are used, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus wagers that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• tk179 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect any active wagering requirement already in progress.

4.2 Abuse and Fraud

Any attempt to abuse the tk179 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

4.3 Seasonal and Special Promotions

tk179 runs seasonal promotions tied to major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. Each seasonal promotion carries its own set of terms which will be published on the Promotions page at the time of launch. Players are encouraged to review those terms carefully before opting in.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tk179 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. General betting and gaming rules that apply across the platform are set out in this section.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. tk179 reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published in error prior to settlement.
• Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to the outcome of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of tk179 and may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets already confirmed are not affected by subsequent suspensions.
• tk179 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed beyond 72 hours, or where the result is disputed by the official governing body.
• The minimum bet stake is ৳20. The maximum stake per bet is determined dynamically based on the event, market, and odds and is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

5.2 Casino Games

• Casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, RNG table games) are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing supervised by trained croupiers.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by the underlying RNG or live dealing process. tk179 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that prevents a game round from completing correctly, the round will be void and any stake wagered in that round will be returned to the Player's account.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface itself and are set by the game provider.

5.3 Responsible Gambling Limits in Betting

tk179 encourages all players to set personal deposit and wagering limits via the Account Dashboard. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps and session time limits at any time. 6. User Obligations

As a registered Player on the tk179 platform, you agree to comply with all obligations set out in this section throughout the duration of your account's existence.

• You will provide accurate and truthful information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or your own jurisdiction.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the tk179 platform.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to exploit the Platform's pricing or game mechanics.
• You will not use the Platform while in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without tk179's prior written consent.
• You will not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity or use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• You will play for entertainment only and will seek help through the Platform's responsible gaming tools if gambling begins to negatively affect your financial or personal wellbeing.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

tk179 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or confiscate funds held within such account, in the circumstances set out below. Where possible, tk179 will notify the Player of any account action taken, though this is not guaranteed in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity.

7.1 Grounds for Account Action

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so
• Operation of multiple accounts on the Platform
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Use of automated software or bots to interact with the Platform
• Underage gambling — any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposits returned (net of any withdrawals already processed)
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tk179 staff or other players
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tk179 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Voluntary closure does not affect your eligibility to re-register in the future, unless the closure was linked to a self-exclusion request, in which case re-registration will be blocked for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently via their Account Dashboard or by contacting tk179 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the chosen period. During a self-exclusion, the Player's account is suspended and re-registration is blocked. tk179 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching self-excluded players. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk179, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are promptly corrected by tk179
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

tk179 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices are adequately protected.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tk179 and its affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8.2 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online service agreements. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to tk179's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal legal proceedings. tk179 aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
